Complete six more homes in 2025 and ultimately build at least 18 in Gravois Park.
Begin Block Dreams implementation starting with a garden and community art space.
Create a community land trust to preserve and steward home affordability, green and art spaces.
Explore partnerships with other neighborhoods interested in API’s model.
