API’s third home is nearly finished!

Today, API’s staff, board, and partners were able to celebrate a significant milestone–our third home is nearly finished!

Financed through a $7 million NMTC-supported loan to Habitat for Humanity St. Louis in partnership with St. Louis Development Corporation through its Housing Access and Neighborhood Stabilization Revolving Loan Fund, and an investment from U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation, Habitat rehabbed the home that will soon house a low- to moderate-income artist. Special thanks to these partners, and Grice Group Architects, who made this project possible. It’s truly exciting to be just weeks away from one less vacant home and one more artist on the path to building wealth in Gravois Park.
