What We’ve Been Up To Lately
We’ve been a little quiet… but trust us, we’ve been BUSY. ✨
- We wrapped up the Block Dreams plan in late 2024 and have been hard at work laying the groundwork for our upcoming community art space, garden, and quick-build projects along the Serpentine Circuit. 🏠
- Three new homes are nearly finished and six more are breaking ground in the coming weeks! 🎨
- Construction on our artist residency is underway, and we’re preparing to launch our very first community art events, where neighbors will co-create four new public artworks — led by our artist-homeowners. 🌱
This summer, we’ll begin shaping a cultural asset community land trust to steward the green and art spaces we build together.
